NMAI Nation to Nation Exhibition
Dakota Access Pipeline Signs
In the summer of 2017, the National Museum of the American Indian unveiled a new addition to the Nation to Nation: Treaties Between the United States and American Indian Nations exhibition — a sign post from the Dakota Access Pipeline protests. As an intern, I was assigned the task of updating the design files, which were installed with the sign post.
This project required various text and layout edits as well as coordination with other departments to ensure accuracy, ADA compliance and visual appeal.
