Get to know me.

When asked what I do for a living, my answer is usually, "I'm a graphic designer."

It's not an untrue statement, but I tend to think of myself more as a visual problem solver. How do we get from idea to reality? How do we get x information to y audience? Design is a vehicle for what I really do: create solutions you can see.

At the Greater Raleigh Chamber, I am engaged in a variety of projects that connect me to the fast-growing Triangle region. Whether I am editing promotional videos, photographing events, or designing the next sales brochure, I am working closely with the Marketing and Communications team to deliver informative, engaging content to the leaders of our area.

During my time at North Carolina State University’s Campus Enterprises division, I worked with Wolfpack Outfitters to showcase the lifestyle of an NC State student and fan. It was during this tenure that NC State collaborated with Adidas to launch a special edition Ultraboost 21 shoe. I had the pleasure of designing the marketing materials for in-store and online promotion of the shoe with approval from Adidas.

Before returning to my alma mater at NC State University, I worked at CAM Raleigh where I worked closely with local artists to arrange the transportation of their work, documented the exhibitions, and created informative print guides. As a student and recent graduate, I interned with the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian in Washington, DC; the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences in Raleigh, NC; Marbles Kids Museum in Raleigh, NC; and the Gregg Museum in Raleigh, NC.

When I am not working, I am likely chipping away at my ever-growing collection of unread books.
