Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity Conference 2023
The Triangle DEI Alliance worked in partnership with the Greater Raleigh Chamber to host the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity Conference in downtown Raleigh during the summer of 2023. Breakout subjects included Supplier Engagement, Small Business Collaboration, Pay Equity, and Multigenerational Workforces.
The conference theme, “Equity: Prioritizing People, Practice, and Policy,” appeared in the design in the crossbars of the “E,” with each bar representing a different area in which Equity can be implemented — through the people you work with, the practices you employ, and the policy decisions in your community.
Deliverables for this event ranged from social media tiles to slide decks, graphic assets to video components, and room signage to event agendas.
Onstage speakers were framed by graphic screens with the Greater Raleigh Chamber logo and the conference look and feel. Attendees encountered touchpoints with the conference’s brand within the main ballroom, at the entry point of each breakout session, and through wayfinding materials like the conference app and agenda handout.
Attendees and prospective attendees who followed the Greater Raleigh Chamber on social media could also find promotional posts showcasing various speakers and topics to draw interest.
